These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through The Foraged Card and use of our online store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products & Availability

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. Because colours can appear differently depending on your screen and because some products are produced in small quantities, minor variations may occur.

Product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities at any time.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed. If an obvious pricing, product or technical error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the error or cancel and refund the affected order.

Orders

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing or inventory errors, or misuse of our store.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Personalized & Custom Orders

Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization information they submit, including names, dates, spelling, punctuation and wording.

Once a personalized or custom item has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

If we make an error when producing your personalization, please contact us so we can make it right.

Customers must not submit content for personalization that infringes another person's intellectual property rights or is unlawful.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and local delivery are subject to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Postal and courier delays may occur outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping or delivery address.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns, refunds, replacements and cancellations are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.

Designs & Content

The Foraged Card products may include a combination of original artwork, hand-drawn elements, licensed design elements, and other content that we are authorized to use.

The Foraged Card retains all applicable rights in original artwork, designs, layouts, text, photographs and other content created by us. Certain individual graphics, illustrations, fonts, images or other elements may be owned by third parties and used under applicable licences.

Purchasing one of our products does not grant the purchaser ownership of, or a licence to reproduce, the card design or its individual design elements.

Our original card designs and compositions may not be copied, reproduced, resold as reproductions, or used to create competing products except where permitted by law or with appropriate authorization from the applicable rights holder.

Website Use

You may not use our website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, interfere with the operation or security of the store, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or misuse our services.

Third-Party Services

Our store may use services provided by third parties, including payment processors, shipping providers and Shopify.

Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Foraged Card is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of our website or products.
